3. Products and Digital Downloads

3.1 Nature of Products

All products sold on this website are digital goods — including but not limited to prompt packs, AI guides, and instructional materials delivered in PDF or similar digital format. No physical goods are shipped.

3.2 Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your digital product(s) via an email download link or direct download page. Delivery is typically immediate. If you do not receive your download within 24 hours, please contact us.

3.3 System Requirements

Digital products are delivered as PDF files. You are responsible for having compatible software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader or equivalent) to open and use the materials.

4. Intellectual Property and Copyright

4.1 Ownership

All content sold through PromptForge Studio — including prompt packs, guides, text, images, and design elements — is original work created by the owner of PromptForge Studio and is protected under applicable copyright law, including the Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and Related Rights."

Copyright protection arises automatically upon creation of the work. No formal registration is required under Ukrainian law or the Berne Convention, to which Ukraine is a signatory.

4.2 License Granted to Buyers

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the purchased digital materials for your own personal or internal business purposes only. This license does not constitute a transfer of ownership.

4.3 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any purchased material to third parties

• Share, upload, or publish the purchased files on any website, platform, or file-sharing service

• Claim authorship or ownership of any purchased material

• Use purchased materials to create competing products or bundles for sale

• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, branding, or proprietary notices

• Use purchased materials for any unlawful purpose

4.4 Permitted Uses

You MAY:

• Use prompt packs personally to generate content with AI tools

• Use generated AI outputs (not the prompt files themselves) commercially

• Reference or quote small portions of purchased guides for personal notes or reviews

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

All sales are final upon successful payment confirmation.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed. We will, however, offer a refund or replacement at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• The file is corrupted and cannot be opened

• You received an incorrect product

• There is a technical failure preventing download and we are unable to resolve it

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase via our Contact page. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or if you simply did not use the product.

7. User Obligations

By using this website and purchasing our products, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during checkout

• Use the products only as permitted under these Terms

• Not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior

• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our digital products

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PromptForge Studio and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

8.3 Third-Party AI Tools

Our prompt packs are designed for use with third-party AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these platforms. Their terms of service govern your use of those tools, and we are not liable for any changes to those platforms that may affect the performance of our prompts.

9. Privacy Policy

We collect and process personal data (such as your name and email address) solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and communicating with you.
