SHIPPING POLICY

At PromptForge Studio, we sell exclusively digital products. This means there is no physical shipping involved in any of our orders. Please read this policy to understand how your purchases are delivered and what to expect after checkout.

1. Digital Delivery — No Physical Shipping

All products sold by PromptForge Studio are digital goods, including AI prompt packs, prompt templates, bundles, and guides. We do not ship any physical items. There are no shipping fees, no tracking numbers, and no delivery delays caused by postal or courier services.

Your purchase is fulfilled entirely online, instantly and automatically.

2. How You Receive Your Order

Once your payment is successfully processed, your digital product(s) will be delivered to you in one or more of the following ways:

2.1 Download Link via Email

A confirmation email containing your download link(s) will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your inbox — and your spam or junk folder — if you do not see it within a few minutes.

2.2 Instant Download on Confirmation Page

After a successful purchase, you may be able to download your product directly from the order confirmation page. We recommend downloading your files right away and saving them to a secure location on your device.

2.3 Account Access (if applicable)

If you have created an account on our store, your purchased products may also be accessible from your account dashboard under your order history.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Digital products are delivered immediately upon successful payment confirmation. In most cases, you will receive your download link within minutes of completing your purchase.

If you experience a delay of more than 30 minutes and have not received your product, please:

• Check your spam or junk email folder.

• Verify that the email address entered at checkout is correct.

• Contact us at support@promptforgestudio.xyz with your order details so we can assist you promptly.

4. Supported File Formats

Our digital products may be delivered in one or more of the following formats:

• PDF (.pdf)

• Plain Text (.txt)

• Markdown (.md)

• Microsoft Word (.docx)

• JSON or other structured data formats (.json)

• ZIP archives containing multiple files (.zip)

The file formats available for each product are listed on the respective product page. Please ensure your device supports the required format before purchasing. We do not offer format conversion as a service.

5. No Physical Shipping Address Required

Because we only sell digital products, you are not required to provide a physical shipping address at checkout. If a shipping address field appears during checkout, you may leave it blank or enter any address — it will not affect your order or delivery.

6. International Customers

PromptForge Studio serves customers worldwide. Since our products are digital, there are no customs fees, import duties, or international shipping costs. Your digital product will be delivered to your email address regardless of your location.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure digital product purchases comply with the laws and regulations of your country.

7. Re-downloading Your Purchase

Download links may expire after a set number of uses or a period of time. If your download link has expired or you need to re-access your purchase, please contact us at promptforgestudio30@gmail.com with your order number and we will do our best to assist you.

We strongly recommend saving a copy of all purchased files to your personal storage (local drive or cloud backup) immediately after download.

8. Failed or Incomplete Payments

If your payment is declined or incomplete, your order will not be fulfilled and no download link will be sent. Please verify your payment details and try again. If you believe a payment was charged but you did not receive your product, contact us immediately at:

9. Changes to This Policy

PromptForge Studio reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
