Common Questions
I didn't receive my download link after purchase. What should I do? First, check your spam or junk folder, as our emails sometimes end up there. If you still can't find it, email us with your order number and we'll resend the link promptly.
Can I get a refund on a digital product? All digital sales are generally final, but we do consider exceptions for technical issues, duplicate purchases, or products that don't match their description. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
Which AI platforms are your prompts compatible with? Our prompts are designed to work with all major AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others. Compatibility details are listed on each individual product page.
Can I use your prompts for commercial projects? Yes. You may use our prompts for your own personal or commercial projects. However, reselling or redistributing the prompt files themselves is not permitted. Please refer to our User Agreement for full license terms.
